" What kind of machines do the customers need? "
This question is beside the point!

　Yes, if you view things truly from customers' point of view, "What kind of machines do you need?" is not the right question. We should ask "What kind of problems do you want to solve?" or "What kind of challenges do you need to meet?"To take an example, the air conditioner maker tends to think "the customers want to have a good air conditioner." No, they just want to make their surroundings pleasant instead of wanting to own a good air conditioner.

　We finally realized this fact and we have rethink this IPF exhibition from the fundamentally.

　As a result, we have picked 10 major problems that we realize the customers want to solve. Then we have collected and screened the technologies which is useful to solve them. These technologies are not only from Matsui or only from Japan, but from all over the world. And we have integrated them into the solutions.

　We exhibit the solutions to "eliminate the waste of energy and material" to cut cost, "eleminate the troubles caused by gas deposit, contamination, water quality" and "shorten the cycle time" to improve productivity, "improve the surface quality" and "lightening the parts' weight."

We will also hold several kind of seminars in our booth about these solutions.
